(December 23, 2020, 4:58 am)I recently found this store needing to get my (what the idiots @ the Apple Store said was faulty) Charging-Port in my dead iPhone replaced. I'd been going back an forth talking repeatedly with Apple Support over the phone as well as visiting my local Santa Monica Apple store several times. Countless frustrating hours on both.

(May 28, 2020, 3:30 pm)The guy was super polite. I got my IPhone & Mac fixed here very quickly. Both devices work perfectly now. My iPhone screen was cracked all over he fixed it very good & also gave me a screen protector for free. Definitely coming back.
