“Although this company provides a good service, their prices are way off the chart. I had a problem with my top of the line A/C system. They sent two reps out to diagnose the problem which took approximately 30 minutes. They did a bit of rooting around and found out the problem was the fan was not working. They quoted $380 to fix the fan, which was under warranty. I okayed the repair thinking it was going to take a while to fix this problem and that the $380 was "fair". Little did I know that the whole fix took around 35 minutes or so. When I asked the repairman how much they charged for labor, I was told $85 an hour. Why $380 then? Because I was charged the labor for the two men who "diagnosed" the problem, the time spent coming and going from my home, the time spent going to the warehouse to get the parts, and the time spent for the repairman to come back to my home and repair the AC! WHAT A RIPOFF!!! I can only say I will never use this company again. I didn't realize my costs included running their company. I realize their are overhead expenses, but this was totally unacceptable. All I can say is "buyer beware"......................look around and you'll definitely find a cheaper fix.”

“Hired Tirone Electric to remove an existing ceiling fan and replace it with a light fixture. I also asked that the electrician check out two bathroom outlets that were not working. Jose was the electrician who came to our home to provide the services. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He handled the installation of the light fixture efficiently. Whereas other electricians in the past had suggested I change out the outlets completely, Jose found that my outlet issue was a simple fix and had the problem solved in no time. The only minor complaint I have is that the electrician ran an hour late for the appointment due to an emergency. I was understanding of that, but I just wish they would have called me to inform me (I found out because I called 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time). Still would highly recommend!”
