UPDATE: The company corrected the issue and resent the flowers, and were delivered on the correct day. While the communication could be moderately better (voicemail full, etc.), they did fix the issue and I update the rating accordingly.

Very disappointing customer service. Made an online order delivery for Feb 14. Store delivered flowers the next day on Jan 13, a month early. When I emailed to ask what happened and asked if the flowers would still be delivered on Valentine's Day, the store responded back with ok and no other explanation or confirmation of what would be done. When I tried to call the store, there was no answer. I left a voicemail. It's really unfortunate because the recipient said the flowers were very pretty. But I would not recommend this store as you cannot be sure your flowers will be delivered on the desired day.

I have used this service many times over and the experience has always been excellent. I am always a little last minute with my orders and they go above and beyond to get my order filled on time. I exclusively use this flower shop when I'm in South Florida. Keep up the great work.
