We're having an excellent experience here and look forward to more of it over time. The staff members seem to really care about the patients and they deal with a lot and are still smiling when they do.
I'm a current resident at "The Bridge " , I've resided here 2 1/2 months. I'm currently wheelchair dependent. Every staff member I've come in contact with has gone out of their way to take care of me and assist me in every way possible. I'm grateful for their uplifting attitude in the assistance they give. I'm 60 years old and working towards going home. When I do I will miss the staff greatly. Roubie and Marlin...thank you.
My mother spent the last 5-1/2 years of her life at The Bridge. I don't know what we would have done without this facility. Her last years were very difficult because she had a combination of Parkinson's and arthritis, and although she was somewhat independent when she moved in, her condition deteriorated with time. By the time she passed, she was dependent on others for everything. I was so nervous that we were going to have to move her to a nursing home, but the staff there did everything that they could to keep her there. They understood how difficult a move would be at that stage. Their job is not an easy one, but I have never seen so much compassion and caring as I've seen here.
We looked at many places before choosing The Bridge. Some were less expensive, and others had larger rooms, but there was no comparison to the feeling you got when you entered The Bridge. It was more like a hotel than an assisted living facility. The common areas were well decorated and comfortable and there were many areas outside my Mom's room where you could sit comfortably. There was a beautiful private dining room that we reserved for special occasions, sometimes eating the facility food, and other times we brought in our own food.
Also very important to us was cleanliness. The place always smelled fresh and the staff was on top of keeping it that way. I was surprised that it wasn't the case in other facilities I visited.
This is a difficult time of life, made even more difficult by the fact that both my brother and I live out of town. I felt I could communicate with the staff, and they would advise me on a regular basis on my mother's condition.
I felt comfortable knowing that she was here. She got to know the staff, and they got to know her.
I have visited at the bridge at Inverrary for years now it's a very nice place I've seen other places that are not as good the bridge at Inverrary the people are more nicer and I have tasted their food it is great even cleaner than other places I recommend this place to all my friends who are looking for a nice place to be
