She was very professional and helpful in guiding me through the process of my loan request. Knowledgeable in matching the product with my need. Communicated with me when she needed or to clarify additional information. I had not done this in awhile and I felt comfortable and at ease with Patti. Thanks! Great job! Definitely a "TEN" :-))
(September 7, 2018, 7:39 am)The staff at the Pembroke Pines branch is amazing! The branch is busy but adequately staffed. The tellers are friendly and efficient. The member service staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager is very friendly and goes out of her way to ensure that the members are being taken care of. The only reason for not rating the fifth star is the Contact Center! It has never been less than 10 minutes on hold -- they now offer a call back which is better.
