(April 22, 2023, 2:42 am)Just recently visited this store. Wow just wow. Amazing items from wall to wall that will spark so many memories. When was the last time you saw a Nintendo Power Glove in person? The owner and staff were knowledgable and friendly. Definitely going back soon.
(January 13, 2023, 8:40 am)I swear, i have never been to a cooler place. This place is like a disney candy store for collectors. The longer you stay the more cool details you notice. From historical and cultural to sports, to video games and all things geek!!!! Such a small store but it brings out the inner child every time i go there. The owner Joey is beyond knowledgable!!!!
He’s old school too!!! He likes to buy, barter, trade, and sell on all things antique and collectable! And yes! Barter!!! Who does that? Way Back When is seriously my happy place!
(January 12, 2023, 8:17 am)I should have written this review weeks ago but with the holidays life got in the way. I am by no means an aficionado of antique, vintage, collectible toys & items so, I did my research before heading in to the store. I was looking specifically for two Christmas gifts for my husband and my brother-in-law and walked in on Christmas Eve afternoon with my daughter who was visiting from LA. At first it was overwhelming, daunting and we were both completely out of our element BUT we were very quickly put at ease by the attention and service we received. We were there for over an hour and it was an experience, to say the least. Joey was AWESOME!!!!! His team was AWESOME! Even there clearly, long time customers that walked in while we were there were AWESOME! They all left such a great impression on me and my daughter that we couldn’t stop talking about it for a week! They pretty much saved Christmas too! We walked out with really great gifts and the history lesson to go along with. My daughter was obsessed with a puzzle Coke can and wouldn’t let it go the whole time we were there! Joey made her year when after he rang me up for the other items I bought, he just looked at her and said Merry Christmas and gifted her the piece! Blown away! Love these guys and the store. My husband can’t wait to go with me next time! Thank you guys for being AWESOME!!

(November 26, 2022, 6:00 pm)One of the best vintage/antique/retro shops in South Florida! The vintage toys alone will leave you wondering around for hours. The owners are great people! Must stop for any collector.
