  Great customer service! I was in the market for some pillar candles and this is the only company I could find that had the size and colors I was looking for. I requested a color and they color matched perfect! Candles were packaged perfect and shipping was fast! Highly recommend this company!!

  My experience was great. The customer service, both by phone and email, was unusually attentive for this day and age. I described my needs to the rep by phone and he accurately recommended items for me. When I ordered two different colors and shapes, he called to make certain that I had not made an inadvertent error. Shipping was very prompt in response to my needs. When the candles arrived, they were exactly as described. We couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend them without reservation.

  I am getting married. My colors are Mint Green and Navy. I was looking for candles that were a light green color. There was no option for the linens, I was stuck with white there, so I wanted a candle that was going to "pop".
  
  My Best Advice to another Bride who is looking for a very specific color candle.
  #1 If you want something done right, follow the instructions. Read the color matching information on the website. I called the number on the website and a REAL PERSON picked up the phone. I explained what I was looking for.
  #2 They told me to mail a color swatch. It is so worth the cost of a stamp to mail a swatch of the bridesmaid dress or paper or invite etc.. I mailed a swatch of material that I am using for my favors. Because what I might say is mint green might not be what someone else considers mint green. To see it in person, goes a long way.
  #3 The turn around was fast! I had my candles in about 2 weeks from the day I confirmed an order (Of 20+ candles in various sizes as centerpieces for my wedding).
  #4 arrived quickly! They were packed so carefully, someone took the time to wrap each individual candle. As I unpacked the candles, everyone was amazed! Pete was spot on with the color....Mint Green. The candles match my bridesmaid dresses and the favors/escort cards. PERFECTLY.

  FYI...Computers change the color of pictures...if you are looking at it on an Apple product, and it was taken with an android/PC it will look more blue or green. I had this problem with bridesmaid dresses.
