Living in this community has been amazing definitely feel safe and the location is great.. office Staff Jade is super Sweet and helpful maintenance team is unmatched very trustworthy and they fix things very next day in most cases
..The manger Danielle is probably the main reason i stay she actually cares about the residents and the community always quick to respond to any concerns or issues and is very kind and that is so important when you live in a a rental community she really goes above and beyond to help all the residents! the apartment is big full size washer n dryer not to mention the view is great and the pool is always clean feels very tranquil i really love living here and until i can purchase a home this is the best choice in the area

Clean Space Inc loves being able to serve your cleaning needs for the vacant units and all tech work needed. Amazing customer service and quick response on emails which is always great if we can not reach other by phone. We appreciate the patience you have with us when we may come into an inconvenience :)

My husband and I have lived here almost 2 years now. We moved in when we first got married we thought we were going to move somewhere else after our lease was up and ended up not being able to. Danielle was so gracious and helped us find a place immediately as we found out we were expecting and needed more room. 2 days before our move our date. Management has been great to us. And we truly appreciate the open door policy. We love living here. Living in Florida is expensive anywhere we go, but living at Fairways has made us feel safe and comfortable especially with children on the way

Wonder place the maintenance staff work hard and fast to complete work orders. Danielle the community manger is super super sweet and always do what she says she will do. I would recommend this beautiful community. The apartments sizes are perfect for a big family and looks great inside and out. The gym is huge. I just fell in love with this community!

I loved everything about living in this complex. Had we not purchased a house I would have definitely renewed my lease. Maintenance was top notch and resolved any issues ASAP!! The office manager, Danielle has impeccable customer service and was always accessible. Neighborhood was quiet, kept up and my neighbors were the nicest. I’d definitely recommend Fairways of Carolina. Thank you for your professionalism and for being our home away from home.
