(September 21, 2023, 10:51 am)I had to get a replacement card for my child. The security guards were very helpful with getting checked in and the lady at Window 11 is great at her job.
(July 5, 2023, 9:17 pm)I dragged my feet changing my last name after marriage because I dreaded going to the Social Security office. However, I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was! Everyone there was super nice and helpful, from the security guards, to check-in, to the people actually helping you. Everyone was super friendly and had a great positive attitude. I was in and out within 40 minutes! Thank you for making the process so easy!
