Wonderful service! They were able to come out to put my spare on and remove the lock nut in a timely manner and they were super professional and kind about it! Would recommend these guys to anyone if they’re in a pinch and need roadside assistance! Thanks again guys!

The guy that came to help me was super nice and got the job done quick. I would recommend going with j&j because it’s almost as if your bringing the tire shop to you. They have everything they need in the van.

This company provides absolutely the most responsive, timely, and easy to work with service of its type. 8:30pm on way from FLL to Palm Coast, tire goes flat. Called insurance for roadside and 3 hours later still not there to put on the spare. J&J offered to come out and have it completed within 2.5 hours. This is middle of the night with them having to go get the tire from the warehouse, drive, an hour to my vehicle, and then replace the tire. Due to the time of night, I opted to push until the next morning and scheduled tech for 7am. The office texted when tech was 10 minutes out. Tech arrived at 6:52am. Took tire off, put new tire on in 33 minutes start to finish. Everything as advertised. Communication in middle of night via with no delays in response. Paid very small $50 deposit to initiate the tech to transit to me. Overall, by far superior service to any business I have worked with across the country in the last 25 years. I hope this review will help someone else. Ultimately this was all for my wife (not me) which made the situation ever more stressful and having a company to provide service this way was exactly what was needed. Thoroughly impressed. While I know it wasn’t free, I believe the price was well within reason and thank you so much again! One extremely happy customer! Nathan

They were quick to reapond to my call and gave me ETA updates whenever i asked. The service tech was really cool and easy to talk to and showed great empathy for the situation at hand know my tire could of easily blown on the highway. They let me know i was handled and all will be good at the end of the service
