I am a welder/fabricator and other than my hood, a good pair of work boots is most essential pair of equipment for my job. Louis at this location walked me through what shoes he thinks would be a good fit for me as well as having me use that machine to hone in pressure points that specific insoles would help alleviate. not only did I find a perfect pair of boots that came with a lace guard for sparks but insoles that make me feel like I'm on a cloud. I not only highly recommend red wing boots for my fellow workers out there but Louis at this location will go above and beyond to make sure you don't just like your boots, you'll love them.

Just bought a pair of pull on work boots, I’ve shopped at a few different locations over the years and the customer service I received from Clayton and Louis, went far above what was expected, they literally waited on me hand and foot, took about 30 minutes which mostly my fault, it felt like they weren’t satisfied until I had the best work boot. On a lesser note, don’t be surprised when their “ultimate fit experience” recommends their most expensive everything.

I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions. The staff have been friendly and helpful every single time. They will go above and beyond if need be.
