  I was stuck in a cycle of being very active and slacking off so I decided to make a change in January 2018. Tailored Fitness seemed like the perfect place to begin my “Get Fit” journey. I have been working out here for over 2 years and I absolutely love my gym home. There is such a supportive energy at this gym. The workouts are challenging but in the end, the results don’t lie. If you are in need of a gym home, definitely check out TFIT! ?

  I had been going to the gym for a year and a half straight but felt like I needed something different and luckily I found Tailored Fitness. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging it just feels good being there. When I go out of town Greg our trainer is always willing to send some workouts to do while on the road and is just super helpful in general. I would definitely recommend checking out Tailored Fitness if you’re looking for fun workouts, to be pushed, and to get result.

  I’ve been a member for a little over 3 weeks. My first day I knew I wanted to sign up, they were so welcoming. When I say “they” that includes the trainer, Gregory and the ladies of Tailored Fitness. I also met another trainer, & it was the same vibes. They’re encouraging, motivating and hardworking. It’s never the same workout which I enjoy so you’re never bored. The music is also great, no depressing music, it’s all upbeat and energetic. I’ve had a gym membership for couple years and I haven’t set a foot in there, but Tailored Fitness is not the same, I look forward to going after work, if I miss a day I feel guilty. I’m excited for the next few months ahead.

  Week 1 and I'm happy to have found them. It only gets harder and better from here. Trainer Greg is awesome (so far). I'm sure we'll have a love hate relationship, but it is all for my good! Looking forward to the results! The group dynamic is a motivator and to see that he has longevity in the game gives me peace!

  I am thrilled that I am a part of Tailored Fitness Miramar. I enjoy the classes. The trainer is knowledgeable of workout routines and ways to make his class have a good time. And it is just a good atmosphere with everybody. I like how no one judges anyone and you can just be comfortable and get your workout on without feeling bad about yourself.
  The music helps me. And hopefully if I keep up and do my part, summer 2017 I'm going to have that body that I want that I've always imagined in my head. ?
