I'm not often there by any stretch as I don't have an account with them, but each time I've gone in, the wait isn't long of there's any, the service is well executed and in a personable and pleasant manner. In fact, because of that, this last visit I bypassed a couple other nearby locations to go to this location at the intersection of Miramar Pkwy & S University Dr.

The salesman Gio was very helpful and patient. He is a good representation of professional customer service. Thanks Gio!

MetroPCS it's another beautiful place I like everything else in the store because they have some pretty good deal and they treat customers nicely when you walk in the store.????????????

The most beautiful young ladies in the world work there and are very kind and very helpful with all my problems with my many phones that I destroyed and replaced. Thank you very much keep up the good work. Metro PCs customer service is awesome. But the reception? Not so much. Very bad. Very, very bad.
