“I need a forklift for a small job. They went the extra mile and ask about the job and were it was and suggested one model up due to it being over a sat and Sunday when they are closed on Sunday and it was an hour drive so I for sure would not have and issues. The one I want for cost the weight was near its limits. Bre, was extremely knowledgeable and the whole staff from loading to return took greT care. A mom and pop shop with big business equipment wonderful staff. Would not rent equipment anywhere else. Very much worth the drive. And if u needed help when there closed thay have 24.7 on call support!!!”

“My father is patient of Dr Simon for almost ten years, we visit the office every month. I have to agree with some of the reviews about the staff's attitude as i have had a few unpleasant experiences, but must point out that there has been significant improvement in the recent months. Dr Simon has always been attentive and very pleasant. He empathize with his patients and spends time explaining treatment and the progression of your aliment. The administrative staff should recognize how much impact their behavior have on patients and the overall practice. They are the face of the practice and should learn to be effective representatives”

“Great doctor who is very knowledgeable, very thorough and caring about his patients well-being. We've been with the same doctor since my daughter was born. They follow up on their patients and give you multiple reminders to ensure you don't miss appointment. Everyone at the office is very friendly. It's a solo practice so there's a waiting time but the care they provide outweighs this. Now they're offering virtual consultation as well after hours to accommodate patients during this time. The doctor forward the call to his personal phone so after hours he picks up the phone himself or you can leave a message and expect a callback for any concerns. Would recommend.”

“I am the mom of a newly pregnant daughter. Her husband had to work, so I went with her to her first prenatal appointment. We really liked Dr. Klein. He was caring, thorough and funny. He made my daughter feel comfortable and that is not easy to do. He was just wonderful! The only complaint was the wait, but emergencies happen and it's understandable. I did hear that you either love him or hate him. Well, we love him!”
