“Dr. Black is amazing and I don’t really care for doctors, on the whole. I received great care and success with my surgical procedure. It will require diligence and PATIENCE in getting the surgery scheduled, but be assured once your in the hands of the hospital and Dr. Black, everything is about procedural excellence and top quality care. His bedside manner is very helpful and connected. I felt my questions and concerns were well addressed. If you ever had any concerns about bias in the medical profession, you do not have this issue with Dr. Black. As a woman, I thought I would be in better care under a female surgeon, however I no longer believe that to be the case. Dr. Black has sincerely been the best surgeon that I have had and I’ve had four surgeries for the same or similar reasons, to date. It’s never easy to consider options when you need to have surgery, so I hope this helps in letting you know that Dr. Black‘s practice is indeed a “safe place” for reasons beyond the surgery itself.”
