by far the best authentic Italian Arancini aka italian rice ball i’ve ever had. made by by an Italian chef with an authentic Italian recipe in a commercial kitchen. The first time I tried it at a local market I loved it. that same day I went back to get another one, and still I couldn’t get it out of my mind. I literally tracked them down at their commercial kitchen in pompano after following them on Facebook like a stalker so I could get more. The gentleman who runs this business does it with amazing professionalism and amazing customer service. this type of quality and dedication to producing a quality product you just don’t see very often anymore. I strongly recommend if you have the chance to try it definitely try it! you will not be disappointed. absolutely delicious!

The most delicious arancini we have had. The rice is cooked to perfection and the fillings are decadent. The outer crust was light and added a perfect layer of crunch. And the pickled carrots and onions provided the exact amount of acid to balance all of the flavors. Chef Diego is so friendly and wants everyone to have an excellent experience. Do not miss out on this amazing Italian street food!
