Dress Rehearsal

I desperately needed a new phone today. I went to Verizon in Rock Hill and JOSH was very instrumental in assisting me to get a new phone. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and displayed really good customer service. Thank you Josh for all your help.

My husband and I were in the store Sept. 6th and Danielle helped us upgrade our phones. She was very thorough and very helpful. She made our trip very pleasant.

I had to return on the 7th because my Apple Watch froze while I was trying to sync it with my new phone. Ruben helped me get this corrected. He was very pleasant, professional and accommodating.

We have been to this store multiple times and this was the best experience we have had at this Verizon store. Our experiences in the past have been BP very lack luster and we felt like they just wanted to get us what we needed and out of their hair.

I understand Ruben is the manager, and I think he’s made the customer support there top notch.

I went there yesterday and I would definitely recommend this store if you are a Verizon Customer. The gentleman who helped and I apologize for not remembering his name but he was awesome. Very helpful and I was all set with my new device Samsung Galaxy S22+.
Definitely will do more business with this store for now on 💯

Rented a tux for wedding. Female staffer was nice, need at least one more employee. Reasonable prices.

Awesome at alternating even clothes not purchased in their store

Was referred to Dress Rehersal by a friend and I am so happy with the alterations made on my cocktail dress. The tailor is extremely professional. The work was completed within a couple of days and it fit me perfectly upon pickup. I highly recommend this business!
