Courteous, resourceful, respectful, kind and efficient - every single staff member we encountered was that amazing. Excellent value for the full service attention and elegance of the Hotel.
(February 11, 2019, 11:31 pm)Very friendly front desk. The hotel was clean. Plenty of space in the room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice free breakfast included with your stay. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area!
(January 31, 2019, 7:13 pm)My wife and I had an awesome stay at Holiday Inn Express in Pembroke Pines. The staff was amazing and made our stay very warm and comfortable. From the front desk staff Everal and James to the kitchen staff Vilma and Grace it was obvious they enjoyed there work and paid attention to details. I want to give kudos to Ms Jackie for creating a customer friendly environment - we will make this location a destination in the future. Namaste
(January 25, 2019, 4:06 pm)Spent two nights here. Honestly don't remember ever sleeping really well at a hotel. I did here! Soft sheets, quiet. Nice fresh flowers in lobby and the front desk staff was friendly. Small pool, hot tub. Good variety at breakfast. My only real complaint was the gym... but then again I have only been in two nice hotel gyms in my life. Overall, great place to stay.
