As an adult only child and grandchild I've held the responsibility of planning my share of end of life services. I also worked in hospice for years, funerals are not unfamiliar for me. This was the most touching and thorough experience I’ve had. There was no up selling ,( I know, sad that is something that happens at such an emotional time.) no guilt, we weren’t rushed, they knew just what to ask and say, they were able to connect us to all the services outside of theirs that we needed as we came in from out of town, it was exactly what I needed when I suddenly lost my mother. I’m confident that I will never have such a professional and sensitive experience like this should I find myself planning another end of life service.

My dad recently passed away in January 2021 and I was so heart broken. I had called a couple of places looking for someone who would guide me and help coordinate this very difficult thing to do. Nakia was amazing! She organized everything with 2 days and was super sweet and professional. The staff was amazing. Even after everything she kept on following up about the rest of the process. I highly recommend her services.

Nakia Ingraham funeral home far exceeded our expectations. Having a parent pass away is the most hurtful and agonizing experience I have ever felt. During the grieving process, our family still had to organize the funeral/celebration of life which was uncharted territory for us. Nakia and her staff helped to at least make the funeral process much smoother and gave us the assistance, tools and empathy to move forward. Furthermore the staff were impeccable because they were professional, spoke eloquently, were organized, empathetic, and friendly. The building was also top notch because it was clean and encompass an air of sophistication. Nakia went above and beyond for our family and words couldn’t express my gratitude. I pray that you will not need this service but if you ever do, I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Nakia and staff for all of your hard work, dedication, compassion and professionalism at a time we needed it the most.

They were so understanding when my sisters and I lost our mom last year 2019. We didn't know where to start or what to do. They walked us through this and on the day, it seemed as if we knew what we were doing. They did an awesome job!! Ms. Ingraham is so professional, understanding and knows how to meet your needs. Very cost effective and I would recommend them always.
