Another successful closing at Phoenix Land Title!!!! I have been doing closings with George and Jennifer for over 10 years! Each experience has been great, but this closing is one of the best! Why? My client had to bring her 2 year old daughter to closing. Not only did George welcome them to the closing table, he made sure that her little daughter was well occupied. He provided pen and paper. And when she got tired of that, did George get flustered? NO!! All he did was find out from Mom what did she like to watch on TV and he switched to that station. From that point on, she was quite happy. How many closers would be so accommodating? Not many.
