“I came to Laurie at a low point in my life. Lack of direction, lack of self confidence, and fear at my core. Like many seeking help, I wasn’t sure where to start, but Laurie’s relaxed method of getting to know me really made me feel comfortable enough to share. Sometimes it takes that comfortable environment for one to bring up thoughts and ideas that we usually are afraid of addressing. One very special day I had a breakthrough with Laurie regarding trauma I had faced from family issues. She helped me help myself through conversation and wisdom. At the end of this session we meditated, which solidified this new milestone in my life. Everybody needs different care when it comes to mental illness. For me, it has all been about relaxing and loving myself more. Through her spiritual practices Laurie has gained so much wisdom on all topics, and shares this wisdom effortlessly during the sessions. I can’t thank Laurie enough for the incredible impact she has had on my life. I can say with 100% certainty I would not be the man I am today without her. For that I am forever grateful. I am the person who does not like someone's eyebrow threading easily but she does great eyebrow threading. She did facials on my mother and mother-in-law, they both loved it. “Dr. Shaw is the best surgeon. 3 month ago he performed surgery on my right shoulder. From his professional staff to his superior bedside manner I could not have asked for anything better. Dr. Shaw was always there answers any questions I had and explained them in a way you can understand. You will always know what to expect prior to, during and after surgery. If I could give Dr. Shaw 10 stars that still would not be enough. 10/19/2018 Update: I completely recovered from the surgery, it was successful recovery from my end. Dr. Shaw staff was super helpful getting me in and out quickly. I am a happy patient.”

“I rent often and can say that this office tries hard to create a good customer experience. They always welcome you warmly when you enter and they treat you professionally in processing your request. However, the one area they fall short is on picking up those that need it. Despite their ads "We'll pick up up", etc. It is difficult. I once checked the box, that I needed to be picked up and it did not happen. So, there on, I call. Sometimes I've called early and sometimes near the time of my rental. Nothing seems to work. My guess is they are limited in staff and they all do multiple tasks. This recent time, I must have called four times reminding them that I needed to be picked up. I'm grateful that all this happened before I was to leave on my trip. I needed to pick up the car before the office closed so that I could start my morning before 6am . I had a 9 am meeting to attend in Daytona. Just for the record, they guy who picked my up was quite nice, respectful and apologetic.”
