My roof needed cleaning, so I did a quick search online and found the reviews you see here. Decided to ask for a quote and withing seconds - not minutes - received a call from Mike. Gave me a reasonable estimate and I scheduled the service for two days later. Did an impeccable job, well documented with pics and with the convenience of not even needing to be physically present. Mike identified several broken tiles and uppn my request, immediately gave me an estimate to fix them.. with which I agreed. A few hours later got pictures of every tile he fixed and the overall cleaning job. I'm all set for the next couple of years. THANKS AGAIN MIKE FOR THE HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE!

I'm always treated well and service is quick and efficient: in and out of the door in a couple minutes, if that. Staff has always been friendly and professional, and when they see my kids, they always offer them candy. Only minor inconvenience is them being closed during lunch time and ending their workday near the time I get off work: there have been a couple of times I tried mailing something during my lunch time and finding them closed, or trying to mail something on my way home after work, only to find them closed as well.
