Yoga Joint Pembroke Pines

I absolutely adore this hot yoga location! I’ve never been to a hot yoga place that is as organized and clean as this one. The staff is very welcoming and always very kind. Not to mention that all the yoga instructors are equally talented and I know I’ll get a good workout with any class I decide to go to. Very happy to be Yoga Joint yogi!

Yoga Joint is one of my go-to facilities to take care of my body. Regardless of whether I am looking for a solid work out or if my body needs to recover, Yoga Joint always has something for me. I always feel great after a session at Yoga Joint.

I am so happy this place came about. Not only as an inner yogi but also because it inspired me to continue my practice as a yoga instructor. I’ve connected with so many beautiful people here and all the instructors are inspiring and beautiful guides. I have gone to multiple locations, pines being my homebase of all. Thank you guys for an amazing hour to myself, you challenge me in the most evolving ways.

I really enjoy the classes and the staff is always very helpful. I’ve had 2 rotator cuff surgeries on my right shoulder, my range of motion after the second one was very limited. Since I started yoga classes at Yoga Joint 2 months ago my range on motion has increased significantly, I’m surprised of how much I can do now! This month I started doing Fiit45 also and it’s awesome.

I found out about this place through my cousin who told me about it I went and from the first class I decided to enroll and take the classes that unlimited covers per month and I truly feel that it is the best investment and I am happy since their classes are complete from fit and flow Teachers are very fun and professional where they help you do the class well.
The environment is very calm, clean and very organized. I recommend that you come and listen to a class, you will not regret it.
