I went into the office and was told to go back outside in the cold and that the only my way to access my space is via the key pad outside. Interaction with staff at that point no longer felt available. I get wanting to be aware of whose inside but this practice feels unkind.

Always a good experience when I go. Safe and secure unit. Easy access. Helpful staff. The current manager Amanda is very friendly and willing to accommodate/offer assistance to make the rental process smooth.
