LOVE Dr. OTERO....I've been a patient of hers for 19 years!!! Won't go to anyone else!! She is amazing, gentle, super nice, and sits down and talks to you about treatment, life,, whatever ;) you're not just another patient. She really takes time to see you and talk to you without rushing. Staff is amazing as well. I pray she never retires!!!
