I have been a customer of JC in Plantation, Fl for almost 2 years. Liz has been my go to person since I started. She is so supportive, encouraging and positive.
The food of good and the system works.

This place gets 5-stars as a Jenny Craig location because they are always so nice, efficient, caring, and understanding of everything that happens in life. I loved my first and second consultant the first time I came here, but stopped for financial reasons. Coming back this year, I love my current consultant, too. It is refreshing that the consultants at this location are so willing to work with me to make Jenny work for me rather than simply making me follow exactly what the plan says without accomodating my family. I love this location.

That said, I give Jenny Craig as a program 4 stars. Jenny works well if you (like me currently) need to have somone else do most of your meal planning and maintain accountability for following that plan. But, it is expensive (both to start and to get the food each week) and still requires you to buy a lot of extra food at the grocery store. Jenny is also generally to high in sugar, which can be a problem if you don't supplement with a lot of low-sugar grocery items. If you have the time and control to make your own plans each week, then Weight Watchers is a much better, healthier, and more cost-effective option that is easier to accomodate a full family and lifestyle flexibility.
