They have a good selection fo men, children and woman clothes, shoes, accesories, home department, a beauty parlor and a Starbucks on the second floor. The only problem I have encountered is that is hard to find a sales person in every department.
(February 25, 2019, 8:21 am)Many great selections and items to shop around for. You can almost find everything you need here because the store is so huge. There are always sales going on and I feel like I get the best deals when I shop here. Clothes are always in style so I get to keep my wardrobe up-to-date here.
(January 6, 2019, 2:26 am)I would like to give a shout out to Gloria, one of the staff members in the Macy's men's suits department in the Broward Mall. On Christmas Eve when it was extremely busy she was helping two customers at the same time. While one customers order was going through on one register, she was starting to help the next person in line on another. Her line moved along extremely fast. And she had a big smile on her face while she was helping everyone. You could clearly see that she enjoyed what she was doing. I wish there were more people out there like her.
(November 15, 2018, 10:34 am)This is a smaller Macy's, so it's easy get to know ASSOCIATES, many of whom have been here for a long time, which is always a sign to me of good team leadership. Real talent here at the Chanel counter, and many times district reps for perfumes are here and have special gift with purchase items, so always ask which fragrance has these promotions. Huge clean bathroom upstairs, and one of the few Macy's in the area with a dedicated Free People section.
