Ive been to several offices and this by far is the best location! The wait is not long and the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating! Dr. Hathaway is the best! He is very knowledgeable and also friendly and great with kids!

Wow. I must say, Dr. Shanna Stephen, MD is one of the most incredible physicians I have ever made. This was my first encounter with her though my son has been going to Pediatric Associates for about a year now. She had a same day sick visit appointment and I am super glad God saw fit for us to take that appointment. Dr Stephen was polite, though she ran a little bit late, she apologize and seemed sincere. Dr Stephen is a great communicator, she is gentle, knowledgeable and professional. She read his chart beforehand and knew exactly what I was in for. Not only did she ask me questions about how he was feeling, she also asked him questions which made me feel happy because that shows she values him as a person that knows how he feels (he is 4 y/o for reference) and she was empathic. She conducted a thorough assessment of my son ears, nose and throat as he came in for a hospital follow-up for Strep Throat. She also asked me for the name of the medication my son was provided and she also looked at the weight to make sure the dosage was accurate. Dr Shanna Stephen possess all the qualities you need in a pediatrician. I will definitely make Dr Shanna Stephens my son and future kids doctor. She is extremely passionate and it shows through her bedside manner. Thank you so much Doctor!
