(July 27, 2022, 8:07 pm)I NEVER write reviews but the staff here is absolutely amazing. The two people that have attended me and my now wife are Arlene and Alexandra. We can’t say enough good things about them. We were on a journey for nearly a year finding the perfect diamond and not once did they get annoyed with us. At once point we were going to the store 3-4 times a week. I didn’t expect this level of service from a big box store. We went to the Pembroke Pines store since that was our local store and got treated horribly. Through recommendation we went to the Plantation location. Whatever negative review you read don’t believe it because they really go above and beyond to make you happy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I hope corporate reads these so they understand how good of a staff they have at this location.

Super helpful and told me my jewelry was not trash and to not get rid of it. She totally didn’t miss her training on “professionalism and customer satisfaction “ she’s a great representation to Jared and I’ll definitely refer people to this location
(July 24, 2022, 8:41 am)I was helped by the GM Arlene. She’s very kind, knowledgeable, profesional and helpful. She had the patience to walk me through different options and listen to my needs. I was able to find the perfect gift I was looking for. I will definitely be returning to this location for any of my jewelry needs. The manager Arlene really made this a memorable and easy experience.
(June 20, 2022, 3:06 pm)We went in to get an inspection and cleaning on one of the pieces that we bought years ago. Manager Laura was amazing. She took the time to discuss the necklace we brought in and suggested inspection and polishing (which I didn't know was covered). Although we weren't looking to buy anything today, we walked out with 2 perfect pieces for my husband. I will never buy anywhere else. I would HIGHLY recommend Jared in Plantation.
