Friendly staff. Clean store. If their Geek Squad department didn't have such predatory sales practices, I would give it 5 stars. However, after experiencing it first hand for a simple repair. I'll leave it 4. Find another place to repair your tech.

Manny the customer service associate was really helpful. I told him the reason I needed a laptop and he was able to show me a couple of models that would best suit my needs. He took his time also explaining how to purchase extra space and security for the laptop. Thank you Manny, I’m definitely returning to this branch from now on. Customer service is A-1.

We had an issue with our computer late afternoon on Sunday. We were able to make an appointment at 5:40. Geoni (hope I spelled it correct) was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, and professional, and didn't rush us. He was able to fix our issue. We are very happy to have a yearly contract with best buy.
