My best friend and I leased our very first apartment at this property and Cedric and Larry made it an outstanding experience for us. They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable and were ready to cater to our needs. Truly an amazing experience!
Absolutely love the new apartment. Pictures don’t do justice at all. Larry went above and beyond to ensure the unit I had met all my expectations. Cedric is very prompt and extremely amicable as well as solved any question I asked. Alain from maintenance was very knowledgeable and made sure my service request as well as anything else was taken care of. Shout out to the whole leasing office and maintenance team.
Cedric the property manager has great management skills, is very professionally dressed and is always alert to greet people coming into the office. The common areas are clean and well taken care of. If I have an issue I contact Cedric, when talking to him I can tell he pays close attention to detail. The matter is always addressed promptly.
I have to say I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Larry at The Bell in Plantation. Upon my arrival, Larry greeted us very professionally and he was very hospitable. The building itself is very well kept. You can tell the maintenance staff is on top of things from the landscape to the cleanliness of the halls. This place makes the luxury of hotel resorts available to normal residency. I would highly recommend this place!
Solid Experience. Super helpful and considerate leasing office staff. Finding nice housing coupled with great staff is a rarity. I'm very satisfied with both the service from the leasing office, as well as the maintenance staff who are very timely and responsive.
