(January 7, 2021, 11:53 am)The WORST customer service, I’ve been trying to get my account fixed so I can place my order and these people don’t care about the company they work for. So unprofessional I have decided to take my business else where.....someone commented to look into alphaboard which I will be doing today. This company is absolutely terrible for b2b!
Update: The manager Cindy called and rectified the issue.
Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars because outside of really bad customer communication from employees management seems to be good.
