The installer Rod deserves a 100. He is punctual, courteous and friendly, knowledgeable, and cleans up the mess made as a result of the installation of the Clean Start system. Kudos to your company for having him a part of your team. The sales rep Randy was the same, he came to my home to test my water quality which was already softened, he introduced me to the Clean Start system, his honesty sold me the product, great team of employees Rainsoft.

I am extremely happy to have pure, quality water via RainSoft. The experience was nothing but positive. The sales rep, Wayne , was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The installer, Rod, did an excellent job...over and beyond what I would expect. The water main was buried, so he had to locate it and dig it up. There were plants in the way and after he installed the units, he made the plants look very nice. Our sink previously had a slight leak so he even fixed that. Actually , he had to make a special trip to the store to get a part to fix it and came back the next day to finish, making sure our units were installed properly and I had no leaky sink. Later, Missy came by to check our water and make sure we were happy with the product. We are very happy with it.
Rod completed first part of my install (Inside home)which was clean and to a higher standard. Great communication with company. Danielle has been in constant communication throughout the process.
