  The staff and convenience of this Enterprise office is fantastic. The entire process is excellent and the pickup service is phenomenal. They are all so courteous and friendly no matter how busy.

  I have rented vehicles from Enterprise over the last five years for various reasons. When I first started renting from them, they really were like that family run business (which is their main mantra in commericals). This is a big selling point for me when choosing a business. They really aren't...when they give an explanation for why they handle things a certain way...it's because of a "corporation" policy....that doesn't aound like family to me.
  But let me say this in their favor...they do want you happy, pleased, content with your car and their service and they sound sincere when they asked what can we do to make it better.
  I'm in the customer service business and I know what it is like to try and please people especially in this age of instant gratification and no real appreciation. I do appreciate their efforts and willingness to please. I will continue to give them my business and do highly recommend them to others.

  We worked with a very friendly man today to rent a car. Our car is getting repaired. He was very professional and polite. I think his name was Martavius.

  I love the rewards program and my cars are always clean and fueled. I usually use the North Federal location but this one was nice as well.
