“Excellent shop for minor and major repairs. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicles here. Tom is the G.O.A.T. We have been taking our vehicles to the Hatter for years, and have never had a problem. All of the wonderful reviews here on Google and elsewhere are true. This shop and all of their employees are honest. They do not nickel and dime you, and are always articulate with what they recommend. Their rates are fair and competitive. Mad Hatter offers a "drop box" service: You can park your vehicle during off-hours, fill out a form (an envelope to put your key), and put it in a secure box for once the guys arrive. This is a helpful service for those of us that can only get our cars dropped off very early before work. I have done this many times with no issues. On that note, they never leave cars outside overnight, all vehicles are locked up in the shop. Now that's caring about customers! If you want it done right, Mad Hatter is the place to go. They provided a concise plan, addressed all of our concerns and were willing to work with our busy schedule. To say they over-delivered would be an understatement. They took our patchwork hardware and created a custom rack with upgraded hardware that gave us new capabilities we previously did not have.
