(February 16, 2019, 12:35 pm)Awesome attitude, peaceful environment, smooth light music. Delicious ramen! In my opinion, this is the best place in Florida to eat authentic food besides Japan. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. My son and I are the biggest fans of Shimuja. If you want to treat yourself and get out of your daily routine, this is the place!
(February 13, 2019, 4:43 pm)Awesome staff the Venezuelan girl always recognizes us even if we don’t go for a month or so, the chef/owner focuses on making the best broth and doesn’t cut corners.
I love this place and if you like good ramen with a good price and friendly atmosphere go here !!
(February 10, 2019, 9:02 pm)How was it?! I placed the pork belly in my mouth as it melted on my tongue my brain processed all the flavors of the broth and spices and vegetables. It was somewhat of a religious experience. I've been awoken. The broth warmed my soul. 5 stars.
(January 18, 2019, 3:40 pm)I enjoyed everything there, the noodle broth is tasty and good. I enjoyed the Japanese chicken appetizers with the spicy sauce. If you are a vegetarian it's also an awesome place to go . Like I told my friends, I was eating clean and Digestive food. Definitely will go back again
