10 stars would be appropriate… We got a nail in our brand new vehicle just ours after purchasing it… It was to late to go back to the dealership so the people at this location said we are not letting you leave without fixing it for you (safety of course). 40 minutes later back on the road we were… in addition to that we didn’t get charged which I thought was very kind… It’s good to know you have selfless helpful businesses around… I highly recommend them for all you tire needs.. thanks 🙏

I was a walk-in and was told a 2 hour wait for 4 new tires. I expected close to that anyway. After 2 hours they finally took my car to the bay and within 30 more minutes it was done. So total wait was 2.5 hours but the service was good. I had to ask a tech I saw outside (after being there 1.75hrs) when my car was going in. He was patient and respectful and told me 10-15 minutes. He was spot on. Then another young tech came out and told me they were finishing up and it would be ready soon. The gentleman that helped upon my arrival and took my order was quite friendly as well. I was very satisfied with the tires at that price and the service was great too. Well done Discount Tire, Mooresville.

Discount tire in mooresville has repeatedly gone above and beyond to take care of my service needs. The most recent experience I encountered a cut in my sidewall on a tire that I just purchased from them less than two weeks ago. They ordered a new tire and were able to replace very quickly and get me back on the road. I highly recommend this location and will be a lifer with them.

Exceptional service everytime I have been here and that is a lot. We have 4 vehicles that have each gone through multiple sets of tires and every time has been a great experience. Most recently the manager (I believe) replaced all 4 of my tires because when they were installed nearly 10k miles ago there was an issue with the size. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tire service!

My husband usually brings the car in but he was tied up so it gave me a chance to drop off and walk to the nearby stores.
Dago was really great! He made sure my tire balance and rotation was done quite quickly. I highly recommend this location!
