“I have to rate my experience base on customer service not my doctor, I visited this office 2 months ago, just to get a prescription and to get new glasses, however I pay the difference what ever my insurance will not cover. I was told by one of the staff if I do get a bill please bring it in or call we will take care of it, however I did receive a bill and called it in and was told that I have to pay for extra services. I do not have a problem paying the bill but everytime I called customer service keep telling me that they will get back to me this went on for 1 1\2 month. I went ahead and pay my bill, because it does not worth the frustration.This is why I am upset. One phone call from that office will make me feel like they were trying to help, but no one made an effort.”
