By a stroke of luck I found Sandra Milo, who was able to coordinate several different repair services, at very reasonable costs, and clear up issues with the township. This was no easy project. To her credit, she pulled it all together, arranged for closing without me having to travel to Florida, and sold the house for more than it was listed for. I have been buying and selling real estate for years. You will be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. Smart , professional, and personable. PS. We sold the house Sept. 2022 in what became a very difficult market. Call her.
