SoFlo Living represented us in the sale of our condominium in Hollywood Florida. We live in New York. They did a tremendous job of not only finding a Buyer who paid a fair price, but also was extremely helpful in getting the apartment ready for the sale. Mr. Sohan Seavcharran has a deep understanding the what is necessary to get a transaction completed. With Mr. Seavcharran’s help, we were able to close the Transaction without being in the country. We have given him an exclusive on another one of our properties in Hollywood.
