Value Care At Home

The entire staff at Value Care have been wonderful to me and my family. They comforted me during the initial contact and making the very difficult decision of placing our father into a nursing facility. Everyone there was understanding and non judgemental. When I felt alone and had everyone around me not being as supportive of my decision, the family at Value Care reassured me and stepped right in and put up the gauntlet of taking care of our father when I could no longer do it. I will always be extremely grateful for my extended family at Value Care for opening arms and giving me a hug of reassurance...that everything was going to be ok.. I highly recommend this company. They communicate with you and provide a security that caregivers need when they just can't do it alone or anymore.. I would give the 6 stars if I could. When my dear Great Aunt was in her late years I did not know where to turn for help. With my busy schedule I was not able to give her the care she deserved. Thanks to ValueCare I was able to leave her in trusting hands. She received a compassionate and loving care from the staff and enjoyed their visits. It left me with a peace of mind at work that she was treated and taken care of so well.

I have been using Value Care for both of my parents for the past year. I have had nothing but good experiences. I have needed care for both parents at home, as well as one of them in a rehab center. I have needed care for extended periods of time, as well as suddenly for one night. I feel lucky to have a company that I know I can count on and trust. Every caregiver I have met has been totally professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Value Care has been great to work with. My dad's caregiver is really nice and I feel comfortable that he is in good hands. If I ever need to call the office I always get my questions answered quickly. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I have only had a positive experience with this company!
