“We have been living here for a year at first I was so skeptical because of all the bad reviews . Yes we had roach problems when we first move in but we had the exterminator come weekly and he does an amazing job and such a nice guy . We no longer see roaches we do still get monthly pest control which I love. when ever anything happens in our apartment they are so fast to come and fix it and do an amazing job and from my experience I have not had any rude person everyone has always been helpful and nice and fix what needs to be fixed . Yeah the garbage can sometimes be a problem but they do have someone who comes and cleans it plus we have seen our neighbors just throw stuff in front of it so it starts with the renters to stop being so dirty and throw the trash where it’s supposed to be and then we won’t have that problem . My husband and I love the text messages reminding us about rent being due we are always on the go and forget what day it is that it’s a good reminder so we don’t pay it late. I am glad we decided to give this place a chance regardless of the bad reviews thank you spectra team .”

“provided me with a quote to repair my flat tires & the next day after I received a service by Maro mobile to repair my two tires for $160 . He seemed to have an issue with his way of payment methods . So after I Zelle's the money to him he asked if I could reverse the charges something seemed off so I told him no & his funds would be available once his bank's deposits them . Strike 1 I also inquired about Mr.Maro installing break pads & roaders which he said would be 120 for labor (not the parts) I asked again how much to install the breaks the very next day this man stated $1,000 later for the cost of brakes and the labor . I believe this is terrible business and definitely over pricing woman who know nothing in regards to repairs. wouldn't recommend Maro again”

“I made an appointment for 11:30 and was brought in at 11:35. The nurse is incredible. She took her time with me. She had a lot of people outside waiting and I knew I was going to be a long visit so we did a quick patch of the issue and made plans for the following day so she could take care of more urgent cases. (I’m in the medical field myself and this decision was made by myself and NOT the nurse) the following morning I came in and we had time for a full evaluation of my issue. She then decided what meds I should take. About three days later she called me to see how I was doing. ❤️ Really? Did this lady actually care about me? The answer is that, YES, she does. We need more people like her in this world.”
