I had a water damage and it was a great experience working with Asma. She’s very patient in listening and explaining the process of filing a claim. She’s very professional and on time with appointment and completely handles everything from start to finish with the insurance company. She makes the claim process stress free that you don’t even have to deal with your insurance company. She pretty much does all the behind the scene work while you focus on your personal day to day issues.

It’s not easy to interpret insurance policies let alone providing their request accurately. But Asma is great at this and would read your policy from the onset and advise you accordingly. Asma is very good at what she does and makes the process hassle free. I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to file a claim but doesn’t want the stress of going back and forth with the insurance company. I’m happy I used her services.
