“An amazing place to get the family in shape! We have 3 girls and each of them like different activities. From volleyball academy to yoga classes to working out with dad, our girls have a wide range of activities to choose from to stay active and in shape. The staff and coaches are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the gym equipment are modern and the facility is spacious and clean. There is also this huge pool for all types great swimming activities and exercise. The YMCA facilities is right next to a park which is VERY convenient if you want to do some outside exercise or just want to walk around to get fresh air. We have made it our ritual to go to the YMAC several times a week which has made a big difference in our health and general attitude.”
