Elevation at County Line Station Apartments

Went to the competition around the corner for the 2nd time in a row after work with 20-15 minutes to spare before their posted closing time. Gate was closed yesterday, today It was open but the front desk said they won’t fill my two standard size propane tanks. Came here and met Jereth Kelly. He was trained but most importantly retained the information to check my tanks and then answered my questions retaining what the valve does besides just turn open and close. I asked what the price is and he was spot on for the typical price. His retained knowledge and friendliness showed me he is a valuable employee to this company and responsible. I hope the company sees him the same way and takes care of him. I’ll go back out of my way for this kind of good service next time I need propane.

So far this has been a great place to live. Good location, price, and amenities. Staff are pretty great too.

Only complaint is that the buildings seem to lose power at least once or twice a month, but I highly doubt it's the fault of staff here, so 5 stars.

I've only lived here a short time but the staff are super friendly and responsive. I absolutely love my place and everyone I've met so far is nice!

I have lived at Elevations Apartment Complex for 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and always eager to help. I especially recommend talking to Nikole Robert's. She is always friendly and happy to meet new people. They have a great maintenance staff as well. I mostly work with Ben. He is always timely and helpful and gets the job done. The community is great as well. Elevations always is having events to bring neighbors closer together. They have many benefits to make their clients feel at home. They have a gated park area with well lit paths to walk you dogs. They also have a puppy spa, 24hr accessible gym, cafe and lounge area, gaming room to spend quality time with your friends, and a roof top balcony for those warm summer nights when you want to relax and enjoy the view. I'd give Elevations a two thumbs up!

I've lived at Elevation for almost two years and we plan on two more before buying a home. This is the nicest apartment I've lived in. This is probably the nicest place I've ever lived period. The staff here are always friendly. Maintenance is responsive and courteous, the grounds are generally well maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The online system to pay rent and reserve amenities is very easy to use.

Some of the highlights for me are the conference room, which I use often, and that has great light for video calls. The clubhouse, though it can't be reserved, is large and has a good pool table. The clubhouse patio overlooks the mountains and has a glass fire pit to hang out next to. Also, there's a ground-level lava rock fire pit with Adirondack chairs that is accessible all night.

I like that smoking is not allowed on the property. There are a number of residents who don't follow this rule and if I had one complaint it would be that residents who do smoke on the property not be invited to renew their leases. For me, one of the main attractions about living here is that smoking is not allowed on site.

Also, the location across from the County Line RTD stop makes it very easy to get to work in the city from here. And being a quick walk to Park Meadows means there are a lot of good restaurants we can walk to.

Overall, if I had to live here for many, many more years, I would be happy doing that. This is a really great community.

I honestly loved my experience in these apartments. I lived here for two years. I felt safe in the area and the best thing was I rarely ever heard my neighbors above me, as I was on the ground level. The only cons I have are: that a one bedroom is just as expensive as a two bedroom (they were going for the same exact price when I signed my lease) and there is no pool. Management is fair, Community is clean, location is nice ( it’s only like a 4 min drive to park meadows). Nicole/Nikola was always incredibly helpful and welcoming. Hopefully she will still be there if you decide to sign a lease with this community.
