He made things easier for all of us by clearly explaining everything and listening carefully. We really didn't want to have her funeral in a stuffy, low ceilinged, dark funeral home and Ed was wonderful about arranging things with a beautiful local church and even communicated with the minister for us. I can't say enough good things about this family business. ”
