“Honestly this Orthodontist office is the best experience I've ever had of any organization I've ever been a customer of in my lifetime, seriously. I wore my braces for a little over 5 years, only because I asked the Dr. to take them off prior to getting married and afterwards I came back to get them put back on. I actually felt sad the day I was scheduled to remove my braces earlier this year, because the staff had become like a second family to me. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Front desk staff ladies were outstanding, always friendly, and helpful anytime I called the office. Dr. Palacios, there are no words to describe him, he is absolutely the best. Kency was my Angel. I have more confidence in my smile than I've ever had and I truly can't thank them enough. The American Board of Orthodontics should seriously give Dr. Palacios an Award because he truly deserves it.”

“The office is amazingly clean and so up to date with new technology. The staff is superb, professional and so kind. Anna handles the financial aspect and the prices are amazing and assist me with my insurance which does not cover anything. Mersi was amazing she made my appointment and was sweet and professional, she further assisted me with the questions I had. Joanna cleaned my teeth and was so gentle and accurate with her work, I did not feel anything and also talked to me during the process to ensure I was ok and comfortable. The Doctor is nothing but a superstar- I hate the dentist because it is very nerve wrecking and not all Doctors of Dentistry has a sense of humor and kind. Dr. Solano takes the cake with his sincere concern for his patients. He listens and also sympathize with any concerns you have regarding her teeth. Because of his superb communication with me and his sense of humor restored my faith in knowing there are still amazing doctors in dentistry that cares for their patients better health.
