“I had made an appointment here for an annual checkup as a new patient. Unfortunately, the day before, I was stricken with a severe migraine headache. When I arrived, the girl at the counter was so understanding. They decided to postpone my annual and focus on my immediate need which was my migraine. I have always gone to the hospital when I have a migraine, which is about 3-4 times a year (which we all know can take up a huge bill!). This was my first time having a primary care physician address my migraine and I was so impressed. The staff, aides, nurses and especially Dr. Lindsay Lewis was so amazing. She made me feel so comfortable. They provided me with an ice pack, she asked if she could turn off the lights. It was like I mattered as a patient. I have always had poor experiences with doctors and I had been going to my other PCP for over 10 years. With my new insurance and job, this made more sense to switch and I am so happy I did. Kudos to the staff and I am looking forward to building a working relationship with Dr. Lewis as my new PCP.”
