“Somehow this Publix was landscaped with shade trees by design or shopping center builder. Far too few Publix have shade trees. Maybe adding trees would be a reward for shoppers and help the environment and planet. Many stores could be expanded and updated for shoppers, allowing for 2 way shop aisles and removing set up displays worthy of Olympic bobsled training courses. This store is better than most, but shoppers are subjected to fractional overhead bulbs working for the most part. Shoppers may buy more if they can see it properly ? Let's make the stores and the planet better where we do not have to squint to get around. Excuse me this review was meant for the Publix on W. Broward Blvd.whose trees are a tremendous asset. My mistake.”

“Thank You Dora for being a good checkout / cashier. I apologize I wasn’t quite clear enough about my request / for the misunderstanding. I gotten woken up very early several times last night and was pretty fatigued. I hope you have a blessed day. As soon as I heard you speak I knew you were a good person with a good heart. I appreciate the organic food options here. Some people are more particular about organic fruits and not wanting them to get too much cross contamination by touching other surfaces too much. Also I guess I am a bit more particular because I have pretty limited options for washing my fruit at them moment considering I am basically traveling / living out of a Sprinter Van. I suppose I need to haul in more water so that I can do a better job of cleaning my own produce and not acting like a grouch. I really do appreciate Publix having organic options and not having toxic chemicals / scents lingering in their restrooms (some health food stores are far worse) God Bless. I don’t want to give to much personal information. However I’m dealing with Lyme disease and several other health conditions that have put me under a lot of pain and stress. I really don’t want to seem ungrateful to the folks trying to help me stay healthy. Please pray for me if you believe in such things.”

“I placed an order for an arrangement to give to my mom early for Mother's Day, Sherry was upfront to let me know they may not have those particular flowers for the "One Fine Day" arrangement I found. I told her that was fine and just as long as it was bright and colorful. BOY was I surprised when I went to pick up the flowers. They were absolutely gorgeous and mom loved it. Customer service was great. Arrangement great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.”

So, on Friday (8/21/2020) I said to myself that I just want to do something nice for another. I then remembered my doctor {PCP}. She is a gorgeous and a thoughtful woman from Colombia--and I know Colombia having been there many times. So why not share a gorgeous bouquet of flowers with her--just to say "Thank You" for what she does for me. Want nothing in return. So I started searching and I found Sabine at "Floral with a Twist" (what a great marketing name). She was a "Home Run". Communicative, knowledgeable, and funny—and Very Professional. Anyway, got on to her website and saw the enticing arrangements that her company has. I made a selection and she knocked it out of the park! I asked her who did the arrangement and she said she did. Wow, what artistic talent! My doctor’s office called me late Friday and the Doctor wants to thank me. I said “don’t thank me-thank Sabine”! So this is where we are. “Very pleased that this Florist was open late in the day on a Saturday with a "short notice" to tend to my request . Most Florists in the area in which I wanted a floral arrangement delivered, were closed, not to reopen until Monday. I consider this Florist dedicated to their profession, by the fact of their hours open, prepared to answer a call by a person, not a voicemail. The gentleman who answered the phone, was very professional, courteous and respectful. When the recipient called to thank me, crying with gratitude for the thought, i was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they saw to deliver with flowers, my sincere sympathy for the loss of Sheba, her dog who she had to make the difficult choice of ending her pain.
