We’ve used this storage facility since 2010. Needed an additional space and staff was very helpful and quickly got us into the newest space. We have always been impressed with cleanliness, security and the staff.

Excellent customer service, best rates, clean and convenient facility! Moved out of another storage place down the road because they raised rates twice within the first 3 months and they were charging us nearly double than SecurCare.

SecurCare did NOT take advantage of the 2021 to 2022 circumstances and never raised our rates! We’ve already recommended them to several friends and family members.

Great experience! The unit we reserved wasn’t going to work for us so the kind man running the front desk (don’t remember his name sadly) changed the unit for us on the spot and was super helpful. Even gave us a nice cold water! Highly recommend.

I’m a big fan of SecurCare Storage. Highly recommend them as the ONLY Choice for storage services. SecurCare Self storage has cameras covering every area of service roads and parking areas surrounding each of its buildings. They also have interior cameras in the critical areas around elevators and hallways for interior storage.

SecurCare provides every type of packing tool/materials from cardboard boxes to tape guns etc. you’d need for the “big move” - you avoid a separate trip to the store for packing materials.

Luanne, the manager for the SecurCare property of Fleming Island, Florida, is fantastic! She’s professional, friendly, and a problem solver when it comes to making sure you’re renting the right size space.

The icing on the cake - is SecurCare storage will call you on two or three different days to make sure you’re not running late on a payment so that you pay a penalty. They do their best to warn you so avoid the embarrassing late fee penalties.

Secure Care Self Storage is worth a look. Check them out for yourself. If you live in Fleming Island, Florida ask for Luanne. She will take good care of you!
